ASSIGNMENT: Create a 2 color (plus paper color) poster advertising an upcoming (or past) show for an "indie" band of your choice. Imagery must both effectively stand alone and work with the type. Original image must be photographic, and must be manipulated in some way. format: 10x14 in

Here are two final solutions, after going thru multiple photos and many layouts, I feel these are the two strongest.
I'm asking for input on which is more effective. I have a personal favorite but won't share it at the moment.
The assignment is due Thrusday and I will post the final chosen once it's done.
I'd like to screenprint it, but don't know how...gonna go on a search for someone who does.
One is inspired more by 60s poster art in the color sense, however it is not nearly as trippy. The other is just a solution out of my head. I have not looked at any of his actual concert posters, in an effort to create something completely original.
